NOTICE.

UNDER the Regulations of the Ports and Harbours of the Province of Otago, each of the following parties have been exempted, as respects the Port of Otago (Dunedin), from the necessity of taking a Pilot for navigating any Vessel of which he may be Master:—

November 23. John M’Lean Aldinga.
