I HEREBY CERTIFY that Mr. Thomas William Lockyer Martyr, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination his Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in London, as also a Diploma from the Society of Apothecaries of the City of London, in accordance with the provisions of an ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I, No. 2, of 1849, intituled “An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, at Dunedin, this 7th day of February, 1862.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that Thomas Morland Hoeken, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination a Certificate signed by the Registrar of the General Council of Medical Education and Registration of the United Kingdom, to the effect that he the said Thomas Morland Hoeken is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in England, and a licentiate of the Society of Apothecaries in London, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance, passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I, No. 2, of 1849, intituled “An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Dunedin, this 26th day of February, 1862.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that Shadrach Edward Robert Jones, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination his Diploma as a member of the Royal College of Surgeons in England, as likewise his Diploma as a Licentiate of the Apothecaries’ Company in London; as also his diploma as a Doctor of Medicine of St. Andrews’ University, in Scotland, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I, No. 2, of 1849, intituled “An Ordinance to define the qualifications and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Dunedin, this 25th day of February, 1862.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that John Garrand, of Dunedin, in the Province of Otago, has this day submitted for my examination his Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh, in accordance with the provisions of an Ordinance passed by the Legislative Council of New Munster, Session I, No. 2, of 1849, intituled “An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases of Medical Practitioners.”

Dated at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Dunedin, this 4th day of March, 1862.
