DUNEDIN, February 20, 1861.—WE, the Auditors, having examined the Accounts of the Provincial Treasurer for the Quarter ended December 31, 1860, find that they are correctly stated, duly authorised, and properly vouched—subject to the remarks in our Report to the Superintendent dated February 20, 1861; and that there then remained in the Treasurer's hands a Balance of one hundred and thirty pounds, five shillings, and eleven pence.
