NOTICE.
I, A. J. ELLES, Resident Magistrate of Invercargill, Province of Otago, hereby certify that Mr. JOHN M’CRYSTALL has this day, in terms of an Ordinance of the Province of New Munster, dated 18th May 1849, and intituled "An Ordinance to define the qualifications, and to provide for the remuneration in certain cases, of Medical Practitioners," submitted to me the proof of his qualification as a Medical Practitioner, and I find that, upon the 17th day of June 1847, he was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.
Given under my hand at Invercargill, Province of Otago, this 20th day of October 1859.

To all to whom these presents shall come,
Greeting :
WHEREAS by an Act of the General Assembly, intituled "The Regulation of Elections Act, 1858," it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Governor by Warrant under his hand, from time to time, to appoint Polling Places for each Electoral District within or without the limits thereof, and to appoint any one of such places to be the Principal Polling Place for the District, and all or any of such Polling Places at any time to abolish, and to appoint other Polling Places in lieu thereof;
Now Know Ye, that I, Thomas Gore Browne, the Governor of the said Colony, in pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the said Act, do hereby appoint the following place to be a Polling Place for the Dunedin Country District, in the Province of Otago, for the Election of Members of the House of Representatives, namely:
THE SCHOOL-ROOM AT INCH CLUTHA,
instead of the School-house, Clutha, as appointed by Warrant dated the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.
Given under my hand, at Government House, at Auckland, this twelfth day of September, in the year of Our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.

Now Know Ye, that I, Thomas Gore Browne, the Governor of the said Colony, in pursuance of the power and authority in me vested by the said Acts, do hereby appoint the following place to be a Polling Place for the District of Clutha for the Election of the Superintendent and of Members of the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago, namely:

instead of the School-house, Clutha, as appointed by Warrant dated the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-nine.
