GENERAL BOARD OF ROAD TRUSTEES.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with clause 39 of the "Road Ordinance, 1856," that the Representatives from the Town District Road Board have given notice of their intention to propose, at a future meeting of the General Board, that the following Road Lines be Shut Up, viz.:—
-
Road Line—Commencing at West-end of road line between sections Nos. 62 and 70, running East by South to sections Nos. 7 and 8; thence South-east to the Main South Road between said sections; also between sections Nos. 14 and 15, all in Block VI.

Road Line—Commencing at the North-west corner of section No. 22, thence in a South-east direction to the South-east corner of section No. 53, Block VII.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with clause 39 of the "Roads Ordinance, 1856," that the Representatives from the Green Island District Board of Road Trustees have given notice of their intention to propose, at a future meeting of the General Board, that the following Road Lines be Shut Up, viz.:—
-
Road Line between sections Nos. 65 and 78, Lower Kaikorai.

Road Line through sections Nos. 78, 79, and 80, Lower Kaikorai.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with clause 39 of the "Roads Ordinance, 1856," that the Representatives from the Anderson’s Bay District Board of Road Trustees have given notice of their intention to propose, at a future meeting of the General Board, that the following portion of Road Line be Shut Up, viz.:—
That portion of Road Line from the point which it leaves the Lagoon at section No. 1, Block I, to the West corner of section No. 1, Block I, and for the distance of Sixty and a-Half Yards beyond said corner.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accordance with clause 39 of the "Roads Ordinance, 1856," that the Representatives from the North Taieri District Board of Road Trustees have given notice of their intention to propose, at a future meeting of the General Board:—
That the portion of Road Line as at present laid down on the Record Map, passing between sections 10, Block XIII., and 4, Block XIV., North Taieri District, be Shut Up.
