FOR THE PROVINCE OF OTAGO, FOR THE YEAR 1858-9.

NOTICE.—The Electors hereinafter enrolled for the Town of Dunedin are entitled to elect Members to represent them in the House of Representatives and in the Provincial Council. The Electors hereinafter enrolled for—

(1) The Town of Port Chalmers; (2) The Eastern District; (3) The Western District; (4) The Central District; (5) The Tohomairiro District; (6) The Southern District; (7) The Northern District,

are entitled to vote for the Election of the Members of the Provincial Council for those Districts respectively, and the whole Electors enrolled for these seven Districts form one Electoral Roll for electing Members to represent the Dunedin Country District in the House of Representatives.
