unloaded ......................... 2 6
" " Goods at the rate of 6d. per cwt.

From one hour after sunset till sunrise the above Fares and Freights, and one-half more, shall be charged. Further, I hereby give notice that the Mail, and persons exhibiting a certificate under the hand of the Superintendent that they are on duty under the employment of the Government, are exempt from the payment of said Fares and Freights.

of Dunedin, Merchant, was this day duly elected to serve as a member of the Provincial Council of the Province of Otago for the Eastern District, in room of Mr. James Adam, resigned.
