MEETINGS FOR ELECTING DISTRICT BOARDS OF ROAD TRUSTEES.

In pursuance of the "Roads’ Ordinance, 1856," I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within the North-east Valley District, to be held at the premises of Mr. David Calder, within the said District, upon Monday the Fifth day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing qualified persons to be the Members of the District Board of Road Trustees.

And I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within the Wakari District, to be held at the premises of Mr. James Marshall, within the said District, upon Tuesday the Sixth day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing qualified persons to be the Members of the District Board of Road Trustees.

And I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within the Town District, to be held in the Provincial Council Hall, within the said District, upon Wednesday the Seventh day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing qualified persons to be the Members of the District Board of Road Trustees.

And I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within Anderson’s Bay District, to be held at the premises of Mr. James Somerville, within the said District, upon Thursday the Eighth day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing qualified persons to be the Members of the District Board of Road Trustees.

And I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within the Green Island District, to be held in the School-House, within the said District, upon Friday the Ninth day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing qualified persons to be the Members of the District Board of Road Trustees.

And I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within the East Taieri District, to be held at the premises of Mr. Andrew Todd, within the said District, upon Saturday the Tenth day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing qualified persons to be the Members of the District Board of Road Trustees.

And I do hereby convene a Meeting of the Male Persons liable to be rated for Roads within the West Taieri District, to be held at the premises of Edward Lee, Esq., within the said District, upon Monday the Twelfth day of May next, at Six o’clock, afternoon, for the purpose of electing...
