NOTICE.
His Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified that, in consequence of the absence of papers and documents from the Crown Land Office at Otago, it is necessary that all parties holding Original Grants from the Crown for Land situated within the late purchase, namely, the southern portion of the Otago Province, should present their Grants or Claims at the Land Office, Otago, in order that the same be reported on and registered without delay.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that all Bush Land within the Otago Province, lying to the northward and southward of the Otago Block, has been withdrawn from Sale by order of His Excellency the Governor, until the new Land Regulations shall have come into force.

NOTICE is hereby Given, that His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Bluff Harbour and New River, in the Province of Otago, to be Ports of Entry for the Colony.
