Amounting in whole to the sum of £ 1985 0 0

  1. Be it enacted that the Provincial Treasurer shall issue and pay from time to time any sum or sums of money for the purposes herein-before mentioned, not exceeding in whole the sums respectively above specified, to such persons, and in such portions, as the Superintendent shall by any order or orders in writing, signed by him from time to time direct; and such Treasurer shall in bis accounts be allowed credit for all sums paid by him in pursuance of such orders, and the receipt of the person to whom such sums shall have been so paid shall be to him a full discharge for the sum or sums for which such receipt shall have been given, and the amount thereof shall be passed to his credit in account accordingly.

  2. Be it enacted that this Ordinance shall come into operation from the day of the passing thereof, and may be amended during the present Session.
