Revocation of Notice Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975
Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of Rata Alcohol and Other Drug Service and medical practitioner issued under this section on 4 October 2016 (New Zealand Gazette, 13 October 2016, Issue No. 93, Notice No. 2016-go5742).

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 September 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Emma Louise Booth in respect of Little Einsteins Montessori (46024), situated at 20 Tui Street, Mt Maunganui, Tauranga.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 July 2017, which was granted under those Regulations to Jude Soper in respect of Edukids Shirley Road (70552), situated at 44 Shirley Road, Shirley, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
