Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned applicant, propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), for the removal of JETS SWIMWEAR PTY LIMITED from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that this company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.

Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by 22 December 2017 (being a date not less than 3 months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Notice of Creditors’ Meeting

A meeting of creditors of OLD NGL LIMITED (in liquidation) will be held at 12.00pm on Wednesday 4 October 2017 at the Auckland Conference Centre, Carlaw Park, 12–16 Nicholls Lane, Parnell, Auckland.

The meeting will consider various matters including the sale of the business, the conduct of the directors, and will seek to confirm the appointment of liquidators pursuant to section 243(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. For voting purposes creditors’ claims and proxies must be lodged with the liquidators by 3 October 2017. Postal votes must be lodged by 5.00pm on 3 October 2017 (these can be delivered by email).
