Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

This document notifies you that:

On 4 July 2017, an application for putting CTC LOGISTICS HAMILTON LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Hamilton. Its reference number is CIV-2017-419-195. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Hamilton on 25 September 2017 at 11.30am.
A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
The plaintiff is the Accident Compensation Corporation, whose address for service is at the offices of DLA Piper New Zealand, Level 5, Chartered Accountants House, 50–64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington 6011.

The liquidation commenced on 31 August 2017 at 4.00pm.

A certificate of solvency has been signed by the directors of the company.

Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, on or before 2 October 2017.
