Merger of Carlson School (Cerebral Palsy) (523) and Sunnydene Special School (1517)
Pursuant to section 156A of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Carlson School (Cerebral Palsy) (523) and Sunnydene Special School (1517) will merge on 28 January 2018.
Sunnydene Special School (1517) will be the continuing school and the Combined Board of Carlson School (Cerebral Palsy) and Sunnydene Special School will be the board of the continuing school.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Asha Ali Abdille is required to be paid to the Secretary for Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Asha Ali Abdille.
And that on 10 August 2017 $25,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Asha Ali Abdille.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Asha Ali Abdille to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Asha Ali Abdille, in respect of an offence for which Asha Ali Abdille was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Asha Ali Abdille.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.
