Land Acquired for a Park—42 Seaview Road, Piha, Auckland
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a park and shall vest in the Auckland Council, excepting such mines and minerals not taken by Proclamation 17444 pursuant to section 19 of the Public Works Act 1928 and subject to sections 10 and 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 129 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014 which provides for the Auckland Council to become the RFR landowner of the land subject to the obligations of an RFR landowner under Part 4 of the Ngā Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau Collective Redress Act 2014, and as to the land secondly described in the Schedule to this notice a pipeline easement created by Transfer 257392 and together with an appurtenant stormwater easement over Part Lot 1 DP 25709 coloured sepia, edged sepia, on SO 41845 created by Proclamation 17444, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to sections 20 and 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired and declared road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
