Appointment of the Waitaki District Council to Have the Control and Management of Maheno Cemetery
Pursuant to section 23(3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed the Waitaki District Council to have the control and management of the Maheno Cemetery, being Section 1, SO 6125, Otago Land District, as from the date of signing.
