NZ EMERGING MARKETS FUND LIMITED hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 353 of the Companies Act 1993, that it intends to apply, after 6 October 2017, under section 351 of the Act, to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with becoming incorporated under the law in force in Wyoming, United States of America.
