Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Gregory John Sherriff, certified practising accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of LLC ENTERTAINMENT GROUP LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 1 September 2017 at 10.08am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 5 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is given that, by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 28 August 2017 at 3.00pm.

I fix Friday 29 September 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made. Failure to establish such priority will exclude a creditor from objecting to any distribution made before such priority is established.
