Notices Under Section 332 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 25 August 2017 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX, as contained in the notices NZX Participant Rules Amendments Notice 2017 and NZX Derivatives Market Rules Notice 2017.
The following rules have been approved:
- The NZX Participant Rules are approved as Participant Rules for the Main Board operated by NZX;
- The Appendices to the NZX Participant Rules are approved as appendices to the Participant Rules for the Main Board operated by NZX;
- The NZX Participant Rules Procedures are approved as Participant Rules Procedures for the Main Board operated by NZX; and
- The NZX Derivatives Market Rules are approved as Rules for the Derivatives Market operated by NZX.
The approved rule changes will come into effect from 1 December 2017 or as otherwise determined by NZX.

Airworthiness Directives
Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.
