Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that ADVICEFIRST LIMITED and SPICERS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT LIMITED propose to amalgamate on 2 October 2017.

Upon amalgamation, ADVICEFIRST LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, during normal business hours at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies as detailed below.

The registered office for ADVICEFIRST LIMITED is Morrison Kent, Level 19, 105 The Terrace, Wellington 6011.

The registered office for SPICERS PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT LIMITED is Level 21, AMP Centre, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland 1140.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company at its registered office stated above.

I have concluded the liquidation of PISCES LIMITED (in liquidation) and hereby give notice in accordance with section 318(1)(e)(i) of the Companies Act 1993.

I have filed my final report and consequently the company is to be removed from the Register.

Notice is given that unless written objection to the removal of the company is sent or delivered to the Registrar, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, within 20 working days the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.
