Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 14 August 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PUKETAPU ESTATE LIMITED be liquidated and that Gregory Victor Millar, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 14 August 2017 at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator of PUKETAPU ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 4 September 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
