Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Auckland/Tamaki Makaurau, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as a road reserve over the land described in the Schedule, and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Auckland Council in such manner and on terms and conditions as the Council determines.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council.

b. Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Matamata-Piako District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 5 of the Coal Mines Act 1979.
