Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

b. Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117 and 120(3) and (7), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNJ2/1099 Taranaki Land Registry and subject to the same encumbrances, liens, mortgages and interests.

Declaring Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Messenger Terrace, New Plymouth District

Pursuant to sections 116(1), 117(1) and 120(3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the First Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNC3/530 Taranaki Land Registry and subject to the same encumbrances, liens, mortgages and interests.

Further declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TNC3/531 Taranaki Land Registry and subject to Mortgage 10657215.3.
