Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

We, Neale Jackson and Brendon Gibson, joint and several liquidators of the above-named company, whose registered office is situated at Level 16, 45 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 15 September 2017.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to deregistration of any of the above named limited partnerships is delivered to the Registrar by 21 September 2017 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to deregister them.
