We, Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Andrew John Hawkes, liquidators of the above-named company, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the Registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 30 November 2017.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), and in the matter of THE TALENTS COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 318 of the Act, that:

a. it is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

b. Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 15 September 2017.

c. Destruction of all remaining books and records of the company will occur 12 months from the date of completion of the liquidation unless notice is received from the Registrar requiring retention for a further period pursuant to section 256(2)(b) of the Act.

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, it is intended to apply to the Registrar of Companies for the removal of MYGRAIN STOCKFEED NZ LIMITED (in liquidation), whose registered office is situated at 168 Broadway Avenue, Palmerston North, from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.
