Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

The liquidators hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final reports on the liquidations, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register of Companies.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 18 September 2017.

Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

In the matter section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), and in the matter of VERY SUCCESSFUL COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation):

By way of special resolution in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 17 August 2016 at 10.00am. Creditors of the company were requested to make their claims and to establish any priority for these under section 312 of the Act.

Public notice is given that the Registrar of Companies must remove the above-named company from the New Zealand Register on the grounds that the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies, thereby completing the liquidation pursuant to section 249 of the Act.

Unless, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by 16 September 2017 (being a date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar is obliged to remove the company from the Register.
