NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 80 — 10 AUGUST 2017

Removal of Trade Name Products from the Register of Trade Name Products

(Notice No. MPI 797)

Pursuant to section 22(3)(b) of the Agricultural Compounds and Veterinary Medicines Act 1997 ("Act"), I hereby give notice that the products listed in the Annex have been removed from the Register of Trade Name Products and that the registration of these products, as trade name products, has expired or been cancelled.

The importation of the products listed in the Annex are otherwise prohibited from the date of the publication of this notice.

Pursuant to section 22(3)(c) of the Act, any removed product as listed in the Annex may continue to be sold and used (but not manufactured) until 10 August 2018, but not at any time after that date.
