Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), of the intention to remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register on the grounds that the company has ceased to carry on business in New Zealand.
Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321(1) of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar of Companies by 26 April 2017 (being a date not less than three months from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the New Zealand Overseas Register.

The applicant claims the right of way easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way on 27 February 2017 if no objections have been received before that date.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 501628.
