Revocation and Replacement of a Notice—Reservation of Land

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice dated 18 July 2017 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 July 2017, Issue No. 75, Notice No. 2017-ln3814 (for the reservation and vesting of land), the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Auckland, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, hereby revokes that notice and issues the following notice in its place.

Vesting Reserve in the Auckland Council

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Operations Manager, Department of Conservation, Auckland, hereby vests the reserve described in the Schedule in the Auckland Council in trust as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, for the purposes of section 23 of the Reserves Act 1977.
