Notice of Intention to Remove Company From Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993
We, A. A. Greer and P. B. Harre, liquidators of MAUNGATIRO FARM LIMITED, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 and having filed with the registrar our final report on the liquidation, it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register.
Any objection to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 15 September 2017.

Notification of Ordinary Rule
Pursuant to section 161(3) of the Land Transport Act 1998, notification is hereby given of the making of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices Amendment 2017 (“Rule”).
The Rule amends the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 to:
- insert a definition of “electric vehicle”;
- amend the definitions of “bus lane” and “transit lane” to refer to amended definitions, in the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, that include references to electric vehicles using those lanes; and
- update Schedules 1 and 2 to include signs and road markings for electric vehicle charging stations and road markings related to electric vehicles’ use of special vehicle lanes.
The Rule comes into force on 1 September 2017.
The Rule is available for inspection, free of charge, at the National Office of the NZ Transport Agency, 50 Victoria Street, Wellington, and at the NZ Transport Agency’s regional offices. Bound copies of the Rule are available for purchase from selected bookshops that sell legislation and can also be purchased from Wickliffe NZ Limited, PO Box 932, Dunedin 9054 (telephone: (06) 353 2700).
