Notice of Intention to Remove Entities From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act, the Registrar will be removing the above-named entities from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

The liquidator has delivered to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257 of the Companies Act 1993.

Any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar by 28 August 2017.

The date by which any objections to the removals, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies is no later than 8 September 2017.
