Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

AROTAU LIMITED (5754272).

HAPORI LIMITED (5755429).

MARU LIMITED (5755447).

MIHARO LIMITED (5755409) – to record B. J. D. Lenihan as having ceased as director on 5 May 2016 (application by B. J. D. Lenihan).

BARTER SYSTEMS NZ LIMITED (5765987) – particulars of shareholding (7 March 2017) recorded a transfer of shares that did not take place. D. G. Baty will be shown as holder of 80,000 shares (application by BBX International Limited).

NEW ZEALAND SPIRITS LIMITED (5838585) – R. King was incorrectly notified as having ceased as director (6 January 2017) and particulars of shareholding (6 January 2017) recorded a transfer of shares that did not take place. R. King will be named as a director and holder of 500 shares (application by R. King).

TIMEDOCK LIMITED (3744895) – H. Coogan was incorrectly notified as having ceased as director (30 April 2017). H. Coogan will be named as a director (application by L. A. Staines).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 31 August 2017 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).
