Pursuant to Section 88 of the Limited Partnership Act 2008
We, Jonathan Wilgermein and Andrew Bethell, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named limited partnership on 27 April 2017 at 2.00pm by special resolution of the limited partners.
The general partner of the limited partnership has signed a certificate, under section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the limited partnership is solvent.
