Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Bamford School (3288) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Bamford School Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 June 2015, Issue No. 62, Notice No. 2015-go3035.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Riverslea School (2668) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby direct the appointment of a limited statutory manager for the Riverslea School (2668) Board of Trustees.
- The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in a limited statutory manager:
a. The management of health and safety responsibilities (whether statutory or otherwise) relating to the management of student physical and emotional safety.
- The board will retain its primary duty of care as a person conducting a business or undertaking, under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, above and beyond all functions, powers and duties of this limited statutory manager.
This notice takes effect on the date of publication.

Supplementary Integration Agreements
Pursuant to Part 33, section 423(3) of the Education Act 1989, notice is given that supplementary agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following schools:
Sancta Maria Catholic Primary School (618), Flat Bush
Holy Trinity Catholic Primary School (743), Takanini
The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on 25 July 2017.
