Colin Owens, accredited insolvency practitioner, and David Vance, accredited insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the above-named company by the High Court at Christchurch on 13 July 2017 at 10.24am.

The liquidators have fixed 18 August 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
