Land to be Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip) and Land to be Declared Road—State Highway 1, Wellington Northern Corridor (MacKays to Peka Peka Expressway), Otaihanga Road, Paraparaumu, Kapiti Coast District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Acquired, Stopped and Set Apart for Use in Connection With a Road—Montgomerie Road and George Bolt Memorial Drive (State Highway 20A), Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to be road and shall vest in the Crown; and
Pursuant to sections 116 and 52(1), declares the road described in the First and Second Schedules to be stopped and set apart for use in connection with a road and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
