Land and Easement Acquired for Stormwater Management Purposes—Kopu Road, Thames–Coromandel District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 and, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for stormwater management purposes subject to Easement Instrument 10439298.1, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and vested in the Thames-Coromandel District Council; and

Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 and, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the easement described in the Third Schedule to this notice is acquired over the land of Her Majesty The Queen ("Grantor") described in the Second Schedule to this notice for stormwater management purposes containing the rights and powers implied into rights to drain water as contained in the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and shall vest in the Thames-Coromandel District Council ("Grantee") on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
