Advertisement of Application for Order Under Section 174 of the Companies Act 1993

This document notifies you that:

  1. Members of the public are notified that on 8 June 2017 an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993 in respect of NUTRI-HEALTH HOLDINGS GROUP NEW ZEALAND LIMITED was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-1170. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Thursday 27 July 2017 at 10.00am.

  2. The order sought is an order requiring the plaintiffs’ shares to be purchased or alternatively putting the company into liquidation.

  3. A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

  4.
