Notice is given that, by special resolution of the shareholders of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 11 July 2017 at 9.00am.

I fix Friday 11 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made.
