Wayne Urry, chartered accountant of Flavell & Chamberlain Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named society by resolution passed by members of the society at a general meeting of the society held on 7 July 2017 at 5.30pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 15 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, John Michael Gilbert was appointed liquidator of the company on 12 July 2017 at 2.50pm.
A certificate of solvency has been signed by the director.
