Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
On 30 June 2017 at 2.05pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that LION PARTNERSHIP LIMITED be liquidated and that John Albert Price be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator does fix 4 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority they may have under section 312 of the Act.
