Corrigendum—Declaration That Private Land be Protected Private Land

The Operations Manager, Hauraki, Department of Conservation, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 1 September 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 September 2016, Issue No. 81, Notice No. 2016-ln5248, by deleting in the Schedule:

“Lot 1 DP 5279”

and substituting

“Lot 1 DP 52791”.

Land Acquired for the Tryphena Fire Station—22A Rosalie Bay Road, Great Barrier Island, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the purposes of housing an operative fire brigade and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
