This document notifies you that:

On 13 June 2017, an application for putting KFL MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in receivership), into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2017-404-1189. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on 14 July 2017 at 10.45am.
A person, other than the defendant company, who wants to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The statement of claim and the verifying affidavit may be inspected at the registry of the Court or at the plaintiff’s address for service.
The plaintiff is KFL Management Limited (in receivership), whose address for service is Buddle Findlay, Level 18, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010. Documents for service on the plaintiff may be left at that address for service or:
a. posted to the solicitor at PO Box 1433, Auckland 1140;
b. left for the solicitor at a document exchange for direction to DX CP24024, Auckland; or
