Land to be Declared Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Koura Drive, Hamilton City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council; and

b. Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 and, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Hamilton City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Declared Road—Lincoln Road Interchange Upgrade, Auckland

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
