Pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, Wayne Robinson of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 3 July 2017 at 10.59am.

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims

Notice is given that, by special resolution of the shareholder of the above-named company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, I, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the company on 26 June 2017 at 12.00pm.
I fix Friday 28 July 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993. Failure to do so will exclude a claimant from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made.
