Combined Board of Trustees Election Notice

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve 18 August 2017 as election day in the first elections of parent and staff representatives for the Rototuna Junior High School (708) and Rototuna Senior High School (615) combined Board of Trustees.

I also approve 28 August 2017 as the date for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees.

This notice shall take effect the day after publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. MPI 781)

Pursuant to section 168(5) of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given that amendments to the following material incorporated by reference take effect on the date of publication of this notice:

MPI Consolidated List of Tests for Animal Products: meat, poultry, honey, seafood, dairy, live animals and germplasm.

Excluded from the above notification are the following tests:

10.04 – Leptospermum scoparium DNA
10.05 – Four chemical characterisation compounds:
- 2′-Methoxyacetophenone (2′-MAP)
- 2-Methoxybenzoic acid (2-MBA)
- 3-Phenyllactic acid (3-PA)
- 4-Hydroxyphenyllactic acid (4-HPA)

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
