Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999, Notice No. MPI 778

Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 22 June 2017 of the Animal Products Notice: Regulated Control Scheme for Hormonal Growth Promotants, which comes into force on 30 June 2017.

A copy of this notice may be inspected free of charge, or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Paul Gerard Mabey, QC, Acting District Court Judge

each to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 22 June 2017.
