Notice of Approval Given Pursuant to Section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004

Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, hereby give notice that on 15 June 2017, the Honourable Steven Joyce, Minister of Finance, and the Honourable Maggie Barry, ONZM, Minister of Conservation, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 162 of that Act, for the Kaiteriteri Reserves Board to operate a debt facility in the form of an overdraft facility (with a limit of $1.25 million) with the Bank of New Zealand, subject to a review every three years.
