NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 69 — 29 JUNE 2017

Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority on 20 June 2017 approved a change to the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules, as contained in the Financial Markets Conduct (NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal Rules) Approval of Rule Change Notice 2017.

The following rule change has been approved:

A change to the definition of "Related Entity" contained in Rule 1.7.1 of the NZMDT Rules in order to differentiate it from the definition of "Associated Entity" in the NZX Conflict Management Policy.

Pursuant to section 72I(3A) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, I, Owen Olls, Airworthiness Specialist, acting under a delegation from the Director of Civil Aviation, hereby issue the following airworthiness directives in respect of aircraft or aeronautical products.

Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004—Whangaparaoa Dynamic Lane Control Trial

Pursuant to subclause 3.4(1) of the Land Transport Rule: Traffic Control Devices 2004 (“Rule”) and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Manager, authorise the installation, maintenance and operation of overhead, variable lane control and advisory signs, illuminated pavement markers and painted lines to identify the central section of roadway as either a flush median or a lane available to traffic:

a. For the purpose described in Schedule 1;

b. in the form and layout and complying with the operational conditions set out in Schedule 2;

c. at the location stated in Schedule 3;

d. for the period specified in Schedule 4; and

e. subject to the evaluation outlined in Schedule 5.
