Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed as receiver and manager of PELORUS CONTRACTING ASSETS LIMITED on 22 June 2017 under the powers contained in instruments dated 7 September 2016 and 15 December 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.

Thomas Lee Rodewald was also appointed as receiver and manager of TOP OF THE SOUTH CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 22 June 2017 under the powers contained in an instrument dated 16 March 2016, which property consists of all present and after-acquired personal property.
